1. Return Eligibility

✅ We Accept:

  • Unopened vinyl (original shrink wrap intact)

  • Defective items (reported within 48 hours of delivery)

  • Wrong items shipped

❌ Not Accepted:

  • Opened vinyl (unless defective)

  • Damage from improper handling

  • "Final Sale" items

2. Timeframe

⏳ 14 days for standard returns
⏳ 30 days for defective items

3. Return Process

  1. Email First: Contact@Vinylbrand.shop with:

    • Order #

    • Photos/video of defects (if applicable)

  2. Wait for Authorization (24-48 hour response)

  3. Ship Back:

    • Use original packaging

    • USPS Media Mail recommended (U.S. only)

4. Refunds

💳 Method: Original payment
⏱️ Processing: 5-10 business days after inspection
⚠️ Deductions:

  • Original shipping costs

  • 15% restocking fee (non-defective returns)

5. International Returns
